Wiki leak is not a big deal, every  active country creates a file of profile about leaders, important ppl of other countries, so that it is easier to deal with them if needed. People usually say, " when you work in a high profile area other countries  know more about you then yourself", and this is not uncommon practice. It reminds me a meeting where one of our team member was praising the other party. I told one of the memebr of the other party that you see we appricaite you guys very much. The gentleman answered  in plain " I dont trust these words because you guys say same thing or even better to other groups too" . So everyone know it.
