RN licence and RN-BSN program issue !!

If I were you, I'd pursue the regular BSN path instead of RN-BSN. RN-BSN program is intended to those who are already working as RN or who holds RN license. Since, you don't have license and hence unable to work, taking the regular BSN direclty would be the best option for you. I believe you can transfer some credits from Nepal for those courses from your 2 years of Bachelor of Nursing. The only difference would be the regular BSN program might take little longer. But, hey you won't be able to work anyways until the new visa program is introduced.
