Comcast from 4yrs now capping their Upload speeds throatling speeds in other hand Fios gives best speeds which is worth paying . I used 25MB/s up and Down package last yr and i was satisfied for what i was paying 8MB/s Download Straight 5MB/s upload Straight no throttling  no caps on speeds.
