free h1b might be correct when it was 5-6 years back.

I saw several thread about ACC. I know this consultancy
very well (i don't know now but there were very very good two marketing
manager: Sridevi and Radhika) and you can trust them if you have
already IT experience.

Sridevi and Radhika,They were STAR of ACC. These days They have lost their charm.( i am talking about 2-3 years back. How do they do marketing ? They will tell you to put your resume in dice,indeed,monster,corp-to-corp and update resume once in 2-3 days. They will tell you to search any relevant job posting and let them know so that they can apply.You do the hardwork and they will take commission. But this is good at least you might get the project soon. Getting the project is not big deal , For freshers they need support as well where they lacks because most of the consultant they have are not happy with them so they are not willing to provide any support.

1. They are very good in marketing and has lots of direct client.

They might be good in marketing. But they do not have single direct client. They brag a lot their website is fake. like most of the other consultancies.

2. They provide good training but there won't be any backup once the training is over.

Good training may be. But they will charge more than 1500 as a deposit and its gone if you dont get a project.

3. This consultancy owned by indian and american.

Thats correct Sagar pasala and kiran basani  and i dont remember the name of that american.

4. Pays less but are systematic and on time.

As long as you are in project they will treat you good they will pay u on time. the day you come out you are nothing more than a street dog. they wont give a F**k about you and your experiences.

5. Lots of resource. They have marketing dept, human resource dept etc which you don't find in most of the consultancy.

They might used to have lot of resources.But now they dont have much. Again The goal is not only to get a project but also remain in good status.They wont care about your status they will exploit you during you have valid status and after that they will kick you like street dog.  eg if you need h1B extension they wont give a shit rather they will cancel your h1B.
Harsit( or someone dont remember his exact name, went to india for some
reason. here in the mean time they canceled his h1 and acted they dont
know nothing what happened. They made excuses saying it was mistake they
dont know what happened blah blah.)

6. Very nice guest house and provide money for food which you don't find in other.

I agree indeed they have nice guest house. But like others 6-7 consultants will be staying in 2 bed room apartment. no internet in apartment. They will charge for training and u aspect they will provide you for groceries. hmmm interesting.They used to do( we used to get around 150 every month ) but now i dont think so.

7. Has a history of lots of H1 and GC.

Has a history of lot of gc and h1 and also lot of h1 cancellation and gc denied. This company was being raid by uscis during late2008/early2009 This company is black listed. Avoid this company if possible.

you don't have job or working odd job $7/hr and when these people finds
job and pays you $30/hr even when client is paying $90 and you think
that they are cheating coz they are taking $60/hr then i don't have any
thing to say.

yeah, every company does this. will pay you less. But the point is try to find company who will less exploit you on your situation. unlike ACC aka AIM. I know few people who got stuck because of GC and how they were screwing him from every corner.

All consultancies are same. From my
perspective ACC is above average. This all judgements are based on 5-6
years back. I have no idea how ACC is now.
