It does beg a question that why is it always a "friend" who has immigration related question. I am not making light of Sirus_me, but I too have noticed and wondered frequently that the immigration related enquiries are made in proxy for a third party and particularly, more often than not, for a "friend." Why is that? Does anybody know?
@Sirus_me, I don't have your answer but make sure your friend calls the consulate in advance to make sure that s/he has the appointment for visa application.
