1. He came in F1 visa stamped on passport, which is no longer valid now (i.e. expired) BUT-

2. He is working in H1 visa, and holds valid H1 visa, but not stamped on his passport.

Now, does he need UK transit visa while traveling via London ? (no plan to leave the transit).
