Insurance depends on your health condition. If you are generally healthy a high deductible makes the insurance cheaper, co-pay is like wise. If you have a pre-existing condition and will need frequent visits to hospitals, then you might want to get the expensive version of insurance because your deductible and co-pay will be less. Also you need to find out whether the insurance plan has network hospitals close-by where you live. Insurance pays can diminish significantly if you go to out of network hospital.
