Every thing happen haphazardly, why did not they put it in ballet along with the election, Maoist agenda was to remove the king it does not mean it reflects people's choice? I am not asking to have a referendum now but I am talking about then and we would have our voice against Indian political direct pressure on this matter. India played a great role on removing King rather than Maoist.
