I guess, they could at least try to do some research on what Nepalese cuisine could be marketable here. I agree that indian cuisine is more saleable than Nepali ones; but at least for the sake of it, it'd be good if they add one extra page for Nepali cuisine. So far, I've been disappointed with Nepali restaurants as they hardly serve more than 2-3 items that are Nepali (mostly it's Momo). Whenever someone asks to go to Nepali places, I'd first have to tell them not to get disappointed if they serve only Indian stuffs.
