I understand that it is interesting to meet new nepali people, but dont go with a preconcieved notion of what he/she is going to be like."

Trust me, we stereotype more than anything else. The hatred towards Indians and Blacks and the respect towards the Whites did not evolve if there was no stereotype. Its hard to get rid off.
