Simple and Easy. Just add these following things to our Nepalese society.
1. More Gay and Lesbian Community
2. Supply Birth Control Material to Elementary school
3. Tell your Sisters and daughters Its OK to be a "Single Mom" concept.
4. Parents should kick their children out of the house when they are 18.
5. You are not allowed to say 'HAPPY DASHAIN' to everyone.
6. You can show your body if your 18, but to drink alcohol ( grape ) you need to be 21.
7. Build American Army base camp and supply some Nepali strippers around the camp to entertain them.
