I hear your frustration and anger. Especially when we are feeling really tired, that is when these depressing thoughts really take over. Sometimes it is hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Been there, done that. Correction, actually sometimes I am there even now. It is hard not to feel trapped at times.
