sorry to hear that ..but next time you talk to him ..like someone said earlier .DO NOT MAKE HIM SIGN ANY PAPERS ...all he have to do is say i need a attorney... and for the records [Disallowed String for - banned word] nepali lawyers they are SCAM those are guys who have done couple of asylum with money and act like they read the whole freakin US constitution ....just call 773-463-1601 his name is Mr. Broeck . i think he is in Chicago and good attorney and he has installment plans as well but he worked with other nepalese before. and hey you don't get involved directly let the attorney take charge.. GOOD LUCK and pray for him...
