Ani ni sir, if he comes to US in a tourist visa from Nepal, and marries the girl in US and leaves the country as per I-94 stamp date (like within 6 months in most cases) and flies to Germany who is a permanent resident there, now k hunchha? His wife can file I-130 for him and can he apply for immigrant visa from spain or he has to return Nepal?
