I agree with Khoikkhoik.

He has to love you regardless of what you did if he is thinking about staying with you. I'm not trying to be rude or anything but I think a gentlemen should atleast offer to pay for his wife/girlfriend's dinner. To me that's showing a respect. He does not have to pay it but just by offering means a lot. He should not always put his friends before you either. He needs to prioritize and spend time with you and his friends. Table manners can be fixed, try talking to him and see what he says. May be noone has ever mentioned that to him before. Try talking to him, tell him what bothers you and see if you can come up with a solution. If he does not want to change then you'll have to make decision. Either way he needs to respect you and your relationship and work things out. Good Luck.
