Well I am  not an expert but I will tell you what I know. First of all Insurance Company,Credit Card Company etc will always try to show your fault so you should raise your voice against the insurance. You know the date the insurance company are liable upto.

Regarding Court it is just a normal room. No need to panic at all. Ask whatever you need to and only answer what is asked.And yes even  if you are liable to pay, tell them you don't have all the money, or you can't pay all them. Or I can buy a mirror for 50/60 dollars and have them fixed. Remember you have to speak!
