Re: Pending visa decision on Mr. ...

Good morning,

I am writing this letter concerning pending visa decision
of my father, Mr. ... 's application. My parents are planning a
visit to the United States this December to attend the wedding of our nephew
and spend some time with us and travel around the country.

Both my parents applied for the visitor visa same time
and my mother, Mrs. ..., was granted one. But no decision has
been made on my father’s application so far. As the wedding day is approaching
close, we would very much appreciate your decision on his application.

I, along with my wife, ...., are the ...Residents, living in the United States for the past 10 years.  I work
as an IT Consultant and Adjunct Faculty at the ... and ... is the agency administrator at .......

My father has a successful life and career in Nepal as a
government official and I can personally assure you that they will not stay
here in the United States any longer than their visa. I will take full
responsibility of their visit to the US and timely return, if that is your
concern for the pending visa approval. I, therefore, kindly request you to
grant him the visitor visa.
