The sajha thing was just to catch your attention. The bigger problem relies on VOIP regulations. NT monopoly should end with a more regulated VOIP law, that will allow free competition and better measures for legal VOIP traffic than deeming it illegal. Also this to me proves the incompetency of the law makers to control/take action on a technical level and therefore resorting blindly in scripting a law like above that only breeds chaos to Internet Freedom.
