He asked why they (group ) leaked this conversation at this moment ? why they did not published exactly after the conversation was done. ( I guess conversation was happened during 3rd or 4th round of election.)

He clearly admits that the conversation was happened from his phone. As the tapping technology is not installed in Nepal Telecom so he wants to know who (person or agency) is behind that phone tapping or recording.

As he was concerned about tapping and try to find that is it installed in NTC or not ?
