What else can you expect when the majority of world is intellectually dishonest? I find it amazing that the majority of people support the idea of god even when there is a complete lack of empirical evidence or good rational arguments supporting the existence of god. I have time and again been made to realize by religious people that you cannot debate with people who will not consider or even listen to arguments against their position. People pick and choose. Apparently for something to be true it is enough if only some of the aspects 'might' be true. If you try to point out that some other aspects are completely false and have been proven so, they say that doesn't matter because they have "faith" in it. I have completely stopped arguing with people on this topic. I personally don't think there is god. All you have to do is see the world a little bit and open your eyes and it will be clear to you that there cannot be an omniscient, omnipotent and omnipresent God. Most people are aware of this fact. They choose to ignore it because it's hard to accept this fact. It's just easier to live your life believing in some BS religion. More power to those people who can do that. I , for one, cannot choose to believe something just cause that would make things easier for me. If something is false, it is false. That's it. If you believe in some religion and that helps you remain happy, good for you.
