How many rooms you have?
What is the thermostat level you set up?
Are you sensitive to cold?
Do you winterize your house?
Do you have energy savers window and doors?
How old is your house and it will vary the leakage of heat?
Dose your house gets enough sun?
Is your home in the middle of jungle?
Is your house is in windy area?
If it broiler runs by oil and if you do sign early and lock up the rate may enjoy good rate.
