Male + Female or 3.  Female + Female) ...If its No. 1- forget it. If its No. 2.- Make any interesting story and talk to Male only, later female will try to find out through Male what you guys talked about.. and they would forget everything about you,  AND NO.3..most important..talk about other female friends outside of your work environment..Women love to hear about other women all the time..they will completely forget what happened today...and WEEKENDS...SO NO ONE will  THINK ABOUT YOU..and Monday back to work..everything will be Taaza....
