Are you saying the "Bhutanese refugees" are not really Nepalese refugees who went to Bhutan for work and ended up staying there, like many of us have gone "foreign" because of a lack of opportunity back home in Nepal? How are the Nepali refugees who went to Bhutan different from you or I (assuming you are no longer living in Nepal) and the millions of Nepalese who have gone to the Middle-East, Europe and the States...not to mention India?
