I agree with sab_nepaliko_sathi. Nursing and CPA is complete different field. Nursing is the profession where you deal with the life of one living beings. In contrast, CPA is one where you deal with the bills and transaction (I guess). If you have accounting background go after CPA never change your mind with Nursing hoping for GC or easy job placement. Because getting into the Nursing school is not easy and Nursing is not fun unless you don't have passion on this field.  Good luck and take a bold decision.
