@ alche-kukur is right. Things have changed my friend. Nursing is not as lucrative as it used to be.
alche bro(or sis), nursing and accounting are two completely different fields of studies. These two fields require different kind of personalities, interests and skills. How about you decide what would be better suited for you and base your decision on that. "Good pay ,easy job placement and green card" ta ajha hola,bholi nahola; ke bharosa cha ra. I strongly suggest you to study something that you are interested in ( as cliche as it might sound, it is true)
