Let me put my version of discussion here.
What is the keyword to define high-tech?
If Using APIs and consolidate things from other websites is high-tech then there are bunch of high-tech Nepali websites.
BUT
If writer is targeting to those sites which contains only high-tech material (technical material like in expert-exchange) rather than what technology is used to build website then there are few of them or I can hardly find 5.
No offense to anyone. It is just my thought.
