I do not want to disappoint you guys by bringing up this issue.The problem is the scale of the problems we are talking about. Once we start a program, the mother-puckers appear in these programs like mushroom and start diverting the resources for their needs. So at least you will need to be involved full time, which is very hard if not impossible.
