I know reason hardly works with people like you, but the largest wave of immigration of British to USA happened when USA had no law to speak of. The only reason why people migrate is financial. A lot of Nepali go to Saudi Arabia to work even though they have no human rights to speak of. These are two different matters, but I know you will not understand it.
