When you create a blog , better use words appropriately because the heading itself give different sense than in the body. Though I have commented earlier but it is not right.
He did not killed 3 people intentionally, Did he shoot and killed those people ??? But the thread says " A Nepali kills 3 in Huston" .
Dude, it is an accident from DUI and 3 people got killed in the accident.
