If he was very drunk then he is to blame but it would be interesting to know what would have happened if he was not drunk.
It is amazing how the law works. One minute you're a free man with free liberties and whammm one accident and you could be locked up for the rest of your life.
If by a fluke auto accident you killed 3 people. Would you be jailed?
Let's say you were driving straight and you had to sneeze and you let it out. So for few seconds your eyes could be closed and you didn't see a person who just walked into the street to cross it. If the person dies, do you get jailed for life?? Let's say there were 3 people who got killed. What would happen to you?
