This website is not free. I registered this .COM domain from www.godaddy.com which is one of the biggest domain reseller in the US. You can purchase any domain you want provided that's not taken by others.

Yes I am paying monthly charge for domain and space. I used Wordpress Framework to design by blog which is available freely on the internet. Its free and open source Software.
