Hi all. Thank you for taking the posts sanely, and if I may suggest, lets keep this forum more mature and refrain ourselves from using profanity.

Dear TheTruthHurts, one who makes the mistake and lies makes the loudest noise. I am sure you are an acquintance of the couple and hence your such attitude towards the article. I have nothing to do with the Shresthas, I am just trying to get justification to some people who feel that they are victimized by them, which I truly believe because, I haven't heard from one person who can give me a discrete reason why I shoudln't believe the victims. And just trying to make sure that from now onwards no one is victimized by them anymore.

Lately I am hearing that their new targets are the Bhutanese Refugees. And yes, I call them victims because despite the lawyer Kanwal's request not to make any further application for Labor Certification and Green Cards, because that would exceed the maximum allowed, the Shrestha couple went to Washington DC and hired another lawyer who was kept under the dark and filed more apps in effort to milk more money from more people. So, please don't try to make them Saints, when in fact they are the pinnacle of greed.

I totally agree to the fact that everyone is right in their own views. For Eva Brown and Nazi Germany Hitler was kind and a fantastic person, but for the rest of the world he was cruel and terrible. Same thing, I am sure the couple are nice to some people and perhaps a lot too. But, as far as I know there are 100 people who knows that they are cruel to 1 person who thinks they are not. And please don't take me wrong. I am not trying to compare the couple with Hitler. I am just giving an example.

When you take money promising someone a service, I think it is ethical enough to make sure that the process is correctly done. Its just a common sense, my friends. But, the couple failed to recognize the fundamentals of business and hence took their greed beyond other people's lives. This is just not acceptable.

Regarding the IT consultancy firms, they don't charge the upfront favor fee. Yes they do pay them less than half of what they were paid by the hirign companies. But, when you are paid $30 per hour by the IT firm, and get employment based GC in three years, that's a pretty cool deal, as oppose to you pay $15,000 upfront, then taxes, then all the lawyer fee and on top the company (in this case the couple's restaurant) makes too many apps such that there is no chance of getting a GC. I think this is indeed wrong and unethical. If they were just as Saints as you make seem like, they should have outright refused to make such promises and services. By the way, the more you argue with what they have done, the more bad is going to be revealed making them look even worse.

We are as real as you think you are and you think the Shrestha couple are, my friend. Please read Dyamn's post, and tell me why I should believe you or the Shrestha couple's arguments when even I know if I ask anyone in Denver and Boulder metro area, they are all going to tell me the same thing. Even a few family members of the the couple say such things about the couple. I don't have to name them, because both Shyam and Shanti Shrestha both know who I am referring to, and most likely you too. And please do not try to make me write their names, because that would only ashame you guys more. Have some dignity to accept your mistakes and come out with an apology, in a nicer attitude. Then most likely the couple will be forgiven. May be!!

Also, I have received one more email of the couple's dark deeds in Colorado, when they took a full advantage of someone's situation. I wll post that soon. You know my friends, when you have children, you are ready to do anything for them. Most people fell for the couple's promises to fill their dreams for their children. People with children and in need of help are the easiest target anyways. How brilliant of them!
