Instead of going to lifelock, report the lost information to all the credit monitoring agencies so that they block all the new account creations. Life lock does the same. Google the phone numbers for the agencies.   I hope you remember your ssn. Didnt you make any copies what so ever of these documents?  If you still have the suspended liscence you should be able to get a new one. An official institution like your job, college , bank etc also can help you to verify your identity.
