if he isnt a womanizer and too much of a party guy, he should be good enough with that sum. But, if he keeps on giving parties to at least 10 frens of his multiple times, eat outside all the times, go to rated zones, dance bar, drinks heavily and make others drink heavily everyday, take taxi and roam around in it for a long time in a day..then that much isnt enough. if u do all of these then even 10k dollars wont be enough. do the math, if u spend 1k per day in taxi, u will need 30k rs per month. which is almost half the amount he has taken. Spend wisely, dont spend where he shouldnt be spending, dont act like a prince and keep giving parties to few other pals he hasnt known for years. He should aati fine with that money.
