Most of the Asian people test positive for skin test due to the usage of BCG vaccine during childhood. When you have a false positive, doctor's take XRay, and as per your info you have already tested normal in XRay. So there is no need to worry.

If Xray had showed that you have TB, in which case the doctor would report to Public Health and you would have to go through 9 months of medication (although your application would continue). Hopefully you were not reported to Public Health.
