Sorry to hear your situation like that. Here are some information which might be helpful for you also to all other students in same situation.
 
Few colleges in california which provides CPT from the first day you join. And also they provide online courses from first semester. There is some fees for CPT i heard around $1200.
 
Again if you are looking for maintaining your status this might be ok college.I dont know about quality of education.
