There is no logic going back to Nepal looking for job. You will search job, expect USA life style in Nepal and will come back with a solid statement "Nothing can be done in Nepal". This is most easy way to run from problem. I will go back to Nepal when I feel I can establish a company and can give jobs to atleast 10 Nepalese there.

About the story of Mr. Mahoto, he did something abroad and took back best practicies of foreign countries. This the way NRI brought international businesses in India.

I am not sure if this sounds logical to others. But going back to Nepal for job is most stupid thing to do. You think people will give you job immediately based on your degree. This is not going to happen. But if your study relates to development sector like health, economics, human rights...you can stand out over other candidates.
