Paras is better than maoists. Maoists are uneducate, and  do not have good system than Paras has.

Look on Prachand what a dirty guy. can't make a good system in his own life then how can he control country. But honestly i can say about Babu Ram Bhattrai. If a chance give to him may be he can create a good system for country. But still i am not sure because he only able to do his life may be fail to do for country.
