I applied for PR in canada in the lastweek of Jaunary 2010. Application fee was deduced from my credit card on March 13 2010 but I did not get any information or receipt from CIC, Sydney office canada. Do you guys have any idea or experience how long it takes to send the documents after the fee deduction from CIC, sydney to Buffalo visa office or how to know whether they send the documents Buffalo office or not because they are not responding any emails. I was thinking they send the letter via regular mail but now I learned they send only email. I am wondering if the email went to junk and deleted.

I would be very happy if anyone shares any experience related to this.
