Loosing Weight , need serious suggetion please..

Everything is going fine, i have started running out door these days. I have started working out four days a week.


I am running two days a week. I do altenatively, the days that i do not run i go to gym. Like you have said i have started eating lots of vegetable and fruits. Chicken two days a week.


One question is, while running my body produces lot of salt kind of white thing is it normal or not?


Your opinion in this regard is highly appreciated.
