im in the same state bro,,what a co incidence..this thing has been eating me too.. i googled  it just today and found out that..it does not matter to most of the universities..depend on where u are trying to transfer,,if U are transfering to  UTA (arlington) i have heard  from people that the F's do hurt..but when i googled it  all of 'em said they took the better grade..unless you have taken it 3 times or something like that ,,here is the link to the site..this will surely give you some relief..,,hehe,, it did to me!!! dont know if im right!!! i need to find out too!!!
