I do not think this is an issue. It's really an easy fix.

Two options:

1) Leave the complaint as is - any google hit on sajha will have dates published. Any half-intelligent reader will understand that the complaint was many years ago, and that they need to conduct due diligence if they now wish to partake on the products and services of the company.

2) Sajha is private. It has the right to do whatever it wants. Sajha can contact the original poster and seek whether he/she objects to the idea of removing the post. Remove it if there has been no post on the subject for some time and the poster is uncontactable.

That's it.

And I don't agree that the power of google is infinite - they have been struggling with foreign govts. on information filtering and censorship, as well as with the US justice dept. And albeit they retain previously public information they do not make them public if they are stale. They only make visible on the information that is current (available on a website less than a week ago, etc.)
