My case is little critical, I have the long term permit of japan which expires on may 2011. To get PR of japan  I have to live there for continous 1 year starting from may of 2011, If I do that I have to sacrifice  F1 visa of USA and halfway of my degree .  Cant decide what to choose, business in Japan or further study and struggling life of student in USA.

I thought of giving 1 shot on Asylum visa after summer, returning from Nepal. If suceed, stay in USA or else quit USA and be happy in Tokyo.

I am here in US for 3 years and lived just around a month  in Nepal in past 7 years according to passport as I lived those years in India and Japan. 

I would really appreciate Sajha talents if anyone can forecast some valuable ideas what you would do if you were in my shoes. 

Guys, what do you think will be better in this scenerio, to fly India and show my parents are living in Bangalore as they fled there coz they were tortured in Nepal  or just create the evidence of political instability and torture and  they still  live in Nepal.

Btw i got the tickets to Nepal on 16th may 2010.
