if the motive of this action is good, then we should appreciate it.
but the question is, what the heck he was doing before? why now when the time of CA is almost over and those idiots were takign money for nothing.
are they working to draft the constitution, NO. if he want to prove he is so LOYAL or whatever, he should have returned all the salary taken from the first day. (no improvement on constitution drafting yet. why should they get paid when they are not doing their job)
he should have done this earlier if he really wanted to spread some positive message. look at his wife and his fellow maoist. even blind (no offense) can distinguish what this guy is trying to prove.
his corrupt wife may have 400 million and this guys is trying to prove that he is genius by paying back 4000.
