mampakha, it looks like u know a lot about nepal army. those who are involved should be punished but our problem is, whenever we saw some incident, we just blame the whole institution rather than punishing individuals involved on such activities.

as lovenpealalways mentioned, ppl don't blame maoist for the similar activities coz they might come and knock ur door right after u say sth. and its easy to bark against those (army or other institution) who atleast have some descipline n values until today.

btw, what about disolve  nepal army rather than changing name?

one more thing, i'm not defending nepal army but every single individual who act against the law should be punished but..........not the whole institution.
