@grgDai  u don't need to be in DC to renew ur passport... call Nepalese Embassy in DC, and ask them the documents they need for renewing ur passport... I think u need to send ur passport with other documents and renewing fee ($150, i think), and they will send u ur new passport in 5-6 weeks, or so.. so, best thing u can do is to call the Embassy first, and ask them!!
