If you are average student this university is good for you. If you are very talented student and can get scholarship in other universities then go for that one. 

At MUM you need to stay on campus for 7 months. They will take care of all expenses (you may have to pay some money around 4000 upfront) including your accommodation. They will also provide SSN for you. You all expenses will go to student loan which you have to pay later [when you get job :) ]. After 7 months you need to start looking for job (they will guide you like recruiter); when you get some offer from  some company they will provide full time work authorization and you need to complete your courses via distance education.
