www.uscis.gov is the site which helps you to find each and everything, and if the case is genuine don't have anything like that.........then i would not hire attorney unless there is any problem.
Ok Sathi now i'm trying to give you all the required information which might enlighten you.If you file all the papers concurrently then it cost you only for I-130, and I-485.
And you'll see where to send (Address) in the same site in Chicago since you said you from Texas.
You can fill online, save it and print it same as the lawyer office does.
I-130 Check for $355.00, payable to US dept of Homeland security.
1 photo each of applicant and beneficiary.
Completed forms G-325A for applicant and beneficiary
Copy of unexpired US passport or other as a proof of citizenship.
Evidence of the relationship. (copy of marriage certificate/copy of lease showing joint tenancy/
documentation showing co-mingling of financial resources/affidavits sworn to by 3rd parties
I-485 (Green Card) Check for $1010.00 for form I-485 and biometrics payable to U.S.Department of homeland Security
2 passport photos of applicant
Form I-485, and Form G-325A for applicant
I_693, sealed envelope containing medical examination from civil surgeon.
Copy of my birth certificate
Copy of passport page with H1Bvisa or any other.....
I-864/or I-864A/or I-864 EZ filled out by the sponsor/or household member along with letter from employer verifying employment and salary, and copy of federal income tax return (Form 1040, and W2) for 2009 and before.
I-765 (work permit) 2 passport photos
Form I-765 along with copy of last EAD if you have'em like OPT card...
I-131 (travel document) 2 Passport photos
form I-131 along with copy of current drivers license.
Copy of I-797A and current H1B visa if you have'em...
A letter with explanation of reasons that warrant the issuance of Advanced
parole.
If you able to provide all the required above documents then you can save attorney's fees.
