hi ice_cop123,
I got a call from one of the member of Grapnel tech - an IT consulting firm. She explained me about their training plan.
Because I am on h4 visa status, they will provide me a online Training of around $500/- and also my visa conversion from H4 to F1. After the respective training, they have some contact with Tri-valley Uni.
Now,what I was able to get that they will show my F1 Visa for that University. Then there will be my CPT and I would be able to work.
Grapnel tech - an IT consulting firm will file my H1-B Visa and Job placement. and I need not to pay anything them further. Is this safe to get H1-B Visa because as per the current market condition no consultant and company is ready to file H1-B this year i.e. apr,2010.
