If you are in Arizona, it's mandatory for company to participate in E-verify program. It's really easy to get listed on E-Verify program.
I was on the same boat.
- Take a print out from DHS website.
- Highlight major requirements.
- Highlight company's responsibilities toward employee. ( It's not complicated )
- Give all the printout to your HR ( or whoever is in responsible position).
